Organic Mexico is one of our most popular coffees from the Americas. Bright, crisp, and lively up front, its flavors sparkle across the palate. The finish is so smooth that it almost disappears, beckoning yet another sip. The main focus of the cooperative Productores Indigenas Serranos de Chiapas (PROISCH) is growing and exporting organic coffee from the Siltepec region of Chiapas, Mexico. The pop of flavors and delightful finish comes from the farmers growing philosophy and the fertile volcanic soil of the Sierra Madre Mountains between 3,000 and 5,250 feet. The cooperative’s members are extremely loyal—focused on running a sound, organic business, and ensuring premiums and prompt payments to all the member growers.
