Our newest Fair Trade Organic arrival is Peru Aprocassi. The taste is rich and full bodied with a very smooth finish.
The coffee is grown on small plots in volcanic loam soil by family-run farms in the region of Cajamarca. Coffee varietals in this crop include Bourbon, Pache and Typica. The harvested beans are fully washed and dried in the sun. Aprocassi co-op provides training and financing aimed at improving coffee quality and yields to increase farmer earnings.
