From Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, comes our naturally processed coffee beans for Red Sea Blend. The taste is a bit exotic with a sweetly piquant flavor and a hint of earthy, spicy dried berry flavors.
Once harvested, naturally processed coffee cherries are left intact to dry in the sun. The result is a concentrated flavor in the cup. Brew it hot or cold!

This is by far and away my favorite blend. I usually drink it as an espresso or americano with no dairy or sugar. I think a simple preparation really lets the fruit flavors shine. The specific fruits vary, but most often it reminds me of dried longan. If you’ve never had that, it’s something like raisins with honey floral scent. If you prefer earthy or cocoa flavors though, this isn’t your coffee.
