Description
Grown in Jiangxi province, the tea is sometimes called to by the Chinese “precious eyebrow tea.” The name refers to the delicate process of hand rolling the leaves into the shape of “eye-brows” before pan-firing them. When brewed it produces a pale, yellowish liquor. Flavors are delicate and smooth, resulting in a pleasant lingering plum-like sweetness.
