After much tasting and thought we have decided on the following coffees to make the blend now on offer. A pair of outstanding choices from Guatemala—the lush Palhu from Huehuetenango with tastes of peaches and dark chocolate. And the San Martin from Jilotepeque, a new growing region for us, harvested from Bourbon trees. From family farms in the Nebilyer Valley of New Guinea comes a coffee with flavors of chocolate and melon. Kenya makes it contribution with exuberant hints of passion fruit, grapefruit and guava. And finally, Sulawesi Toraja Sapan Grade 1, from the starfish shaped island in the Indonesian archipelago, adds woodsy nuances of chocolates and caramel.
