We’ve sourced another top quality New Guinea coffee from Nebilyer Valley. This medium to full-bodied, balanced cup provides complex aroma, deep mellow flavors and mild acidity. An Indonesian favorite, this coffee is grown on family owned farms located within the Tambul-Nebilyer District. This origin was a favorite of our mentor, the late Alfred Peet, and this coffee shows off the qualities he admired. On small family-owned farms the Bourbon, Typica and Blue Mountain trees grow in volcanic loam at over 4000 ft. The coffee is fully washed and sundried at the Kuta mill, in operation for the past 40 years and located between the Ulga and Kolga tribes.
