This flavorful Indian tea hails from the vast Brahmaputra Valley. The cup has full notes of malt and honey. It is exceptional brewed hot or for iced tea, and holds up well to milk or cream.

Tea from Assam has big, bold flavors qualifying it as an excellent single origin choice and making it a favorite of British tea blends. Its popularity dates back to its first arrival at the 1839 London tea auction.

Our Assam Golden Tip contains leaves picked during the peak quality period of the second flush. During this stage, some of the tips have turned a brilliant golden hue, adding color to the dark black leaves.
