Description
This black tea is grown and processed in the Qimen County in the Southwestern Anhui Province of China.
In 1875, the region was dominated by a struggling green tea industry producing just average quality tea. A few tea growers experimented with alternative processing methods and created what has become one of the most well know Chinese black teas.
We carry the Fancy grade Keemun which is chock full of pleasant, mild, comforting flavors. Hints of a toasty, crushed apple aroma accompany the smooth, sweet, mellow finish.
