“French” denotes the roasting profile for this blend, it is our darkest.

We buy specific, full flavored, high grown beans from Central and South American. These coffees are classified as strictly hard bean, allowing them to hold up to the longer roast.

The flavors of our French are strong and dark with an array of pleasant toasty, smoky tones. The color of the roasted beans are ebony black, glistening with oil, producing a bracing cup.
