Fifty (yes fifty) fresh, ripe Little Scarlet strawberries are gently cooked and packed into each glass jar within hours of being picked. The Little Scarlet, each no bigger than the size of a dime, is unique to Tiptree and grown only on our farm. It’s been grown for over a hundred years on our farms, prized for its intense flavour and fragrance. It’s also secret agent James Bond’s favorite preserve.
