We offer $10 flat-rate shipping to the contiguous 48 US states. Shipping will be calculated for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders placed by 12 Noon CST will generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 Noon CST will generally ship the next business day. We will notify customers via email within 48 hours with any shipping delays beyond 2-3 days and will attempt to make alternate arrangements if possible. We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to shippers’ irregularities, i.e bad weather.
Shipping Methods and Providers
For shipments within the contiguous 48 states, we use FedEx or USPS for Flat Rate / Best Way (see map below for typical transit times),
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we use USPS.
Shipping costs are calculated per shipment address.
Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Shipment. A shipping confirmation email including tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday and we ship it Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information that evening or the following morning. Please make sure you monitor your spam folder as well.
Packages delivered are no longer in the control of our retailers or the shipping carrier and become the responsibility of the buyer to secure. Stolen packages after delivery has been made are not the responsibility of our retailers or the shipping carrier. If you are concerned about package theft after delivery you must request and pay for signature required delivery service BEFORE your order ships.
